• As an Environmental Services Training Manager, you are responsible for planning,
• coordinating and delivering training to all frontline housekeeping associates of
• a local hospital.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver all new-hire training, education of staff
• members and management trainees on both one-on-one and small group levels
• Customize training documentation forms as required
• Prepare a detailed outline of account-specific training programs for the
• Environmental Services department
• Prepare monthly reports of training activity and statistics
• Liaison with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff and
• unit resources

Preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or high service
• related field required
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office including but not limited to
