Using the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobreach. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

When using Jobreach, you agree not to:

• Send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful messages.
• Misrepresent your identity or your qualifications in outreach.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
• Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected platform, such as LinkedIn or Gmail.

You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send and for complying with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.

Credits and billing

Jobreach offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits and plan limits are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the resume, messages, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that content as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to AI providers to generate scores and drafts.

AI-generated content

Fit scores and draft messages are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content before relying on or sending it. Jobreach does not guarantee any particular outcome, including interviews or job offers.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these Terms from time to time; significant changes will be communicated through the Service.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobreach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or others.
