Responsibilities
- Lead positioning and messaging across customer segments and personas, partnering with the VP of Marketing on Foley’s company narrative and ensuring product, AI, and compliance claims are accurate and supportable.
- Own pricing and packaging strategy: define the architecture for tiers, add-ons, and AI capabilities; build recommendations with Product and Finance; and lead the rollout after senior leadership makes the final decision.
- Run product launches with Product Management, from launch tiering and readiness through customer communications and post-launch adoption. Build a repeatable process that gives Sales and Customer Success time to prepare.
- Build product training and certification for BDRs, AEs, and CSMs with Sales Operations and Enablement, including demos, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive materials. Measure the effect on readiness and ramp time.
- Turn customer and competitive insight into action through win/loss analysis, voice-of-customer work, and market research that informs Product, Sales, and Marketing decisions.
- Build the function: set priorities and metrics, communicate evidence-backed recommendations to leadership, and use AI workflows to improve how product marketing works.
Qualification
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including ownership of launches and their outcomes.
- Hands-on pricing and packaging experience, from analysis and recommendations through rollout and measured business results.
- A record of building product training that changes field behavior, along with the ability to show results such as faster ramp, stronger adoption, or improved win rates.
- Experience positioning or commercializing AI or agentic capabilities and building practical AI workflows within product marketing, with sound judgment about claims and accuracy.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence, including the ability to make decisions with partners you do not manage and explain results using a defensible baseline and timeframe.
- A builder’s mindset suited to establishing processes and priorities in a developing function. Experience in vertical SaaS, regulated markets, multiple customer segments, or a PE-backed business is helpful, but not required.
