• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a HR Business Partner,
• preferably in financial services or large organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required and master’s degree in business, Human Resources,
• or related field highly preferred.

• insights that are critical to advancing organizational goals.
• You have extensive experience providing thought leadership, education, and

• driving associate engagement.
• You’re a data person and know how to conduct HR trend analysis with large

• You enjoy working in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and
• proactive teamwork with colleagues around the globe is essential for success.
