Responsibilities
- LettrLabs is at an inflection point. We've built a platform that makes direct
- mail as automated, trackable, and scalable as digital advertising - and it's
- working. Now we need someone to make the world understand why that matters.
- As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how LettrLabs is positioned,
- messaged, and understood - from the first ad impression through long-term
- customer retention. You'll translate what Sales learns in the field, what
- Product is building, and what our best customers experience into sharp,
- consistent narratives that move buyers and help us close deals. This is a
- zero-to-one role: the assets, frameworks, and systems you build don't exist yet.
- You'll be the one to build them.
- Own LettrLabs' core positioning, messaging, and value propositions and keep
- them current as the product and market evolve.
- Build ICP and vertical-specific messaging frameworks across Home Services,
- E-commerce, Non-profits, Real Estate, and B2B SaaS.
- Lead product launches end-to-end in partnership with Product: planning,
- internal enablement, external rollout, and post-launch performance tracking.
- collateral, lifecycle marketing, onboarding flows, and social.
- Build the customer proof and case study program from narrative development
- through distribution across sales and marketing channels.
- Develop scalable sales enablement assets - one-pagers, battle cards,
- objection guides, competitive comparisons - that sales actually uses.
- positioning and feed product direction.
- partnership with Customer Success.
- Lay the messaging and enablement foundation for emerging growth channels
- paid acquisition, partnerships, affiliates, and referrals.
- Sales is using your materials in active deals - and closing faster because of
- them.
- New customers activate and reach first value faster, measurably tied to
- improved onboarding and use-case clarity.
- LettrLabs has a consistent, differentiated story that holds up from cold
- outreach through renewal.
- Competitive positioning is documented, distributed, and reflected in how the
- team talks about the product.
Qualification
Required
- 5+ years in product marketing, with ownership of positioning across multiple
- industries or customer segments (highest priority).
- A track record of building messaging and enablement assets that sales teams
- actually adopt - not slide decks that collect dust.
- Strong competitive positioning instincts: you know how to make a product
- stand out in a crowded market, not just explain what it does.
- detailed battle card, and an executive narrative - and know which one the
- moment calls for.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and
- Customer Success - you influence without authority.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information in fast-moving
- environments.
- Ability to translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear,
- buyer-focused business value.
- Must be willing to work on-site regularly at our office in Marina Del Rey.
Preferred
- Experience marketing to Home Services, E-commerce, or other high-volume SMB
- audiences.
- technology.
- Experience in an early-stage or fast-scaling B2B SaaS company.
Benefits
- Own the entire product narrative at a company with real product-market fit
- and accelerating revenue.
- Direct access to leadership: you'll work day-to-day with the CEO, Sales, and
- Product.
- Direct mail is having a measurable resurgence as digital CACs climb. You'll
- be marketing a channel that prospects are already curious about.
- Build the function from scratch - positioning frameworks, vertical playbooks,
- sales enablement, and case study programs are yours to define.
- 401(k) plan.
- Located in the heart of Marina Del Rey, a walkable neighborhood with easy
- access to shops, restaurants, and the marina
- LettrLabs USA
- $120,000—$150,000 USD
- Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work
- location. This range is for base salary, our total compensation includes equity
- and benefits. We welcome you to apply even if your expectations are outside our
- listed range.
