Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain deep, end-to-end expertise in the Search Design System
- (SDS) across core surfaces, including Search and AI Mode.
- Conceptualize and develop proposals for scalable UI patterns that maintain
- design coherence while accommodating various vertical needs.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with
- wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity
- prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional
- stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Experiment with and leverage emerging AI tools to push the boundaries of
- high-fidelity prototyping for rapid UI exploration.
Qualification
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with design systems.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your
- resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a
- related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience with visual design, motion design, or working with AI models.
