Responsibilities
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for ideation, research, and prototyping, including AI-assisted coding tools
- Experience building and scaling design systems. Production experience with Figma variables, tokens, and component libraries
- A portfolio that shows both range and craft across devices and contexts — with clear evidence of simplifying complex, data-dense workflows and of systems thinking at scale
- Hybrid design chops: strong UX fundamentals paired with refined visual design craft. The ability to explore rapidly and build polished solutions, often in the same conversation.
- Experience designing multi-role workflows with approvals, permissions, versioning, and audit trails
- Experience designing AI-powered products, with the instinct to treat AI as a platform capability rather than a one-off feature, and to make AI recommendations explainable, showing their sources and confidence, and easy to accept, edit, or reject
- Experience planning and running user research and usability testing with domain experts, and turning findings into clear design decisions
- Mastery of visual and interaction design principles: color, typography, layout, hierarchy, and motion that communicates state and relationships — the details that make the difference between good and great
- Serious attention to detail — we move fast, and precision matters
- 5–7 years designing digital products, with real time spent on platform, enterprise, or systems-level work, including leading design work from concept through launch
