• Design, develop and implement test hardware and software for production
• testing of new products. Evaluate deadlines, goals and develop project
• schedules.
• Design, develops, and implement solutions to improve test yields, reduce over
• all Test time, provide for test capacity increases, minimize downtime, and
• optimize test/process flows. This includes implementing new processes and
• technologies, utilizing statistical tools, and developing innovations to
• existing problems and issues.
• Analyze and critiques equipment designs/processes relative to market
• requirements, manufacturability, costs and technical requirements.
• Identify technical and quality problems, determines alternatives and
• evaluates them to arrive at the most acceptable approach including conformity
• to specifications, reliability, cost effectiveness, testability and
• reparability.
• Identify need for, assesses and/or develops technical/process specification
• standards and participates in establishing the procedures to ensure they are
• followed.
• Prepare and present technical reports to influence the decision making
• process. Provide technical information and participates as a speaker in
• technical programs.

Required

• Applicable intern or industry experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer

• Strong RF knowledge
• Strong knowledge of test systems hardware and software architecture
• Able to work with minimum supervision
