• Stay current on the latest design trends and technologies, in consumer
• technology, generative AI and natural language processing, and leverage this
• knowledge to innovate.

Required

• Bachelor's degreein English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing,
• UX, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Linguistics, a related field, or
• equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in conversation design, content design, with equivalent
• experience designing for conversational AI/LLMs.
• Portfolio highlighting content strategies and longer-form writing samples.

Preferred

• Experience working with policy and regulatory considerations to design safe
• and trustworthy AI-driven user experiences.
• Experience in vibe-coding and developing AI-powered prototypes.
• Experience training and tuning large language models or other generative AI
• technologies.
• Experience gathering and working with data to identify loss patterns and
• create actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to
• articulate positions, and challenge partners with new product design
• thinking.
