• Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer building and maintaining
• a SaaS application.
• Experience with CI/CD (e.g. Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins) and container technologies
• (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with Python and modern Python frameworks and technologies,
• such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy.
• Experience maintaining, building, and optimizing REST APIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience building internal coding agents (e.g., ticket-to-MR,
• automated code review) and leading their rollout, including process design
• and team enablement.
• Solid experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark ecosystems.
• Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools in daily workflows,
• including but not limited to Claude Code, Copilot, and Cursor.
• The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is 119,000.00 -
• 150,000.00 USD Annual for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum
• and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US
• locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight’s good faith
• estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is
• determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related
• skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
