Company
About Karma Kitchen Karma Kitchen is an independent UK operator of commercial kitchens, backed by leading private equity real estate firm Crosstree. We transform underutilised industrial sites into thoughtfully-designed commercial kitchen units. We provide flexible workspace to start-up, SME and enterprise businesses across the foodservice industry looking to prepare, manufacture or deliver food more efficiently. We provide a range of services, including kitchen porters, community managers and top-of-the-range equipment. The team behind Karma Kitchen are the same team behind Karma Cans, the lunch delivery company. Gini and Eccie founded Karma Cans in 2014, making fresh healthy salads for offices around London. They've built two kitchens for Karma Cans and they understand how important it is to get operations right early on, to leave you the space and money to grow and transform your business.
Karma Kitchen
Run, grow and transform your foodservice delivery business from our beautiful and flexible commercial kitchens.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle B2B sales. You find them, you tour them, you close them.
- Outbound first, with good inbound on top. Mornings on the phone and in Sales Navigator. Afternoons walking founders and ops directors round live kitchens. Evenings at the odd industry event, because that's where this market actually talks. Then pricing, proposal, negotiation & signed lease.
- You'll sell to restaurant groups, contract caterers and event companies. Deals run one to six months with a few people round the table. The pipeline is yours to build.
- ▸ BANT first - with leadership that coach on what success looks like.
- ▸ Impeccable CRM hygiene - Experience with pipedrive is a +
- ▸ You know your way round a sales stack. We run Pipedrive, Aircall, Sales Navigator, Clay, Lusha & more.
- ▸ You can hold a room. Tours and events are half this job.
- ▸ Two to four years of B2B new business or account executive experience. Cold calling doesn't bother you.
- ▸ You want to learn about commercial property.
- Three months in, you know which London brands are growing, who's tendering and who's about to have a production problem. You're calling them before they know it themselves.
- Six months in, you're bringing back meetings from events, not lanyards. Your forecast lands where you said it would and you are closing loads of deals!
- ▸ Small team - with 121 coaching from your manager.
- ▸ Uncapped commission, and deal sizes that are achievable.
- ▸ You'll spend your week with the people building London's best food brands.
- ▸ Free lunch every day!
- Interested, or know someone who'd be perfect? Drop a comment or send us a DM.
