About Hey Frank! - Frank Finance Ltd An agentic finance platform built for GenZ with GenZ aimed to help an entire generation with their relationship with money
Hey Frank! - Frank Finance Ltd
An autonomous finance platform improving the way an entire generation interacts with their money.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing & Community to build and run Frank's go-to-market from zero. Your first mission is clear and measurable: attract a high-quality founding Gen Z cohort of 1000 Members to help us shape our product, retain them through a Founding Member Program for 6 months, with a clear feedback loop back to the Product team. Frank enters full launch with a proven, engaged user base and a well honed product-market-fit, rather than starting cold.
- This is a player-coach role, managing 3 interns. You will be creating opportunities for you, the CEO and the team to be in the right rooms, on campuses, embedded in communities and in DMs - as much as behind a dashboard. As the cohort grows you will build the team, systems and channels that scale it.
- Creator partnerships: Identify and shortlist small to mid-sized finance and money-mindset creators who already hold Gen Z trust across our 3 identified archetypes. Negotiate terms, align on messaging, and anchor collaborations to workshops and the launch event (content creation, co-hosted roundtables). Track referral sign-ups per creator and keep only what beats other channels on cost per sign-up.
- Social campaigns & influencers: Drive awareness, interest and engagement online where GenZ communities exist.
- Campus and community presence: Create opportunities for Frank to be represented at campus societies, clubs, panels and different industry community events eg Gaming, Sports, Tradesmen. Develop a short, repeatable talk that introduces Frank, and capture interest on the spot (QR codes, sign-up links, waitlist).
- Pre-launch recruitment workshops: Design education-first workshops with a natural bridge to member sign up, directly addressing the question of trusting AI with money. Secure venues through partner organisations, run pilot workshops with on-the-spot sign-up, and iterate on feedback before scaling.
- Retention: keeping members engaged and active
- Founding Member launch event: Design, script and host a Gen Z-focused live experience, including interactive networking, panel discussion, interviews and closing speech.
- Founding Member benefits: Deliver a program of value added benefits, merchandise, experiences
- Feedback loop: Manage the member community and capture member feedback at every touchpoint and feed it back to the product team in a structured way.
- Retention signals: Track engagement and drop-off around each workshop and campaign so retention risk is visible early.
- Growth and content
- Capture footage and content from events as raw material to repurpose across social and growth channels, including capturing Founder stories.
- Work with growth, brand and design partners to keep Frank's voice consistent, human and credible with Gen Z.
- Report on channel performance and adjust based on cost per sign-up, conversion and retention.
- Build the marketing and community function as Frank scales, including hiring, managing and developing interns, contractors and agencies.
- Partner closely with the CEO, Founder and product team to shape messaging for the pilot, the public launch and the investor story.
Qualification
Required
- Proven experience in marketing, community, content or programming, ideally building something from zero
- Strong on-stage and in-room presence: you can host, facilitate and speak with confidence and warmth
- Credibility with, or a genuine understanding of, Gen Z audiences and creator ecosystems
- Experience designing and running events, workshops or communities
- Commercially minded: comfortable owning budgets, tracking cost per acquisition and making keep-or-cut decisions
- A strong writer and storyteller who can make education feel engaging, not preachy
- Comfortable in ambiguity and the pace of a pre-seed startup
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, financial education, or another regulated or trust-sensitive category
- An existing network in finance, creator, campus or startup communities
- Experience building and managing teams, agencies and freelancers
- Familiarity with community platforms and CRM or analytics tooling
Benefits
- A founding leadership position at an early-stage fintech with real ownership
- The chance to shape how a generation thinks about AI and money
- Direct access to the CEO and Founder
- Hybrid working from London
