Responsibilities

You will play a key role in supporting many disciplines within the software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, documentation, design support, and testing.
You will learn a variety of technologies such as campaign management tools, business intelligence tools, data warehousing, and Epsilon’s products and solutions while developing your interpersonal skills to relay messages to the client and internal teams.
As an Associate, Business Systems Analyst you will support bridging the gap between client needs and our technical solutions, ensuring data quality and seamless integration.
As a participant in the New Grad Program you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career at Epsilon. The Program is a multi-year developmental program designed to support your transition from the classroom to the corporate environment and kick start your professional development. You will participate in professional and job specific training, receive formal mentorship, and have the opportunity to network and engage with various associates from all levels in the organization.

The desire to learn technology
Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
Working proficiency of Microsoft Excel
The skill to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
The ability to be detail oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship management skills and ability to work in a diverse global team
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field preferred
0-1 years of professional work experience
Experience working with data and/or SQL is a plus
