• Leads the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products that
• support business objectives and operational effectiveness. Partners with
• stakeholders to define product requirements and translate business needs into
• actionable plans. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• aligned with product strategy and roadmap. Monitors product performance and
• recommends enhancements based on user feedback and data insights.
• Defines and manages product features, user stories, and backlog items to support
• delivery of technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional
• and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborates with user experience, engineering, and architecture teams to
• translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinates testing, release management, and rollout activities to support
• successful product adoption.
• Monitors product performance, analyzes user feedback, and recommends
• enhancements to improve functionality and value.
• Works with external vendors to evaluate solutions, support implementation
• activities, and monitor service delivery against agreed expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, engineering, or a related
• field, or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business
• analysis, or a related field required.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or
• equivalent certification preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
