• As part of the Product Management team, you will oversee the delivery of transformative technology initiatives that enhance client experiences. As a Manager, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, translating business needs into actionable strategies while mentoring junior staff to cultivate their skills. This position provides an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and contribute to the strategic vision of the organization.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams in aligning business needs with strategies

• At least 5 years of experience leading transformation programs
• Managing execution of delivery teams for quality outcomes
• Translating business needs into priorities and success metrics
• Driving alignment across stakeholders with transparent communication
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering accountability
• Supporting responsible use of AI and emerging technologies
• Contributing to portfolio planning and continuous improvement

• The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
