• Lead the consolidation of disparate financial data sources across all Business Units into a single, unified P&L, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and granular drill-down capabilities.
• Partner closely with Data Engineering to build robust, automated data pipelines and validation frameworks that serve as the single source of truth for financial metrics.
• Develop and implement a unified data strategy across Transportation Management, Brokerage, and other BUs, aligning data definitions, business logic, and reporting standards.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for ELT, preparing high-impact read-outs that drive strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain scalable financial models, breaking down complex structures into granular subcomponents for comprehensive forecasting and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and cross-functional resource requirements to solve the most pressing data and financial priorities.
• Takes ownership of projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong initiative and drive

Required

• 3+ years of proven ability in analytics, data or finance
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Data Visualization: Experience building automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a fast-paced Tech/Start-up environment.
• Oracle Suite: Experience with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion Essbase, or EPBCS.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Illinois: The target salary range for this role is: $82,000 - $110,000
