History: Isaac Larian, Founder and CEO, helped found a company called ABC Electronics in 1979, which changed its name to Micro Games of America in the late 80s. Then, in the late 90s when Larian looked to shift from electronic games to dolls and toys, the company name was changed to MGA Entertainment. In 2001 the company launched the cultural phenomenon Bratz; in 2006 MGA acquired iconic childhood brand, Little Tikes, building a robust portfolio of toys; in 2016 it launch the unboxing global sensation L.O.L. Surprise!; and in 2022 it launched MGA's Miniverse, the first DIY miniature collectible on the market. And the innovation keeps coming ...

Responsibilities
- Channel strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, and affiliates, managing internal teams and external agency partners to deliver against targets
- The paid media budget across the DTC portfolio, including allocation, pacing, and the case for where incremental dollars should go
- Work directly with paid media leads to set short and long term goals, CAC and efficiency targets, and guardrails for variable marketing spend
- An always-on spend framework and playbook by brand, with distinct buckets for product drops and seasonal collection releases
- Set the qualified-visitor and CAC definitions the business plans against, then allocate paid budget across markets and channels (Google, Meta, and others) against them every week
- Own and define acquisition strategy against named audiences and avatars: who we reach, what we want them to do, and what that is worth
- Design and hold web, SEO, and landing pages to conversion targets
- Partner with the wider DTC team to enrich the data and content available on site, and deep dive the opportunity to drive AEO and visibility within LLM-driven search
- Set the testing roadmap for performance marketing: own the experimentation design and calendar across email, SMS, app, and on-site to drive customer lifetime value
- Analytics and reporting rigor: the measurement framework, the reporting cadence, and the attribution point of view that tells us what is working and why
- Creative strategy input, translating customer insight into briefs and feedback that make the work perform
- Stay plugged into the external digital ecosystem across platforms, agencies, AI and martech vendors, and startups, to identify opportunities before they are obvious and bring new capability into MGA early
Qualification
- 5 to 8 years of performance marketing or growth marketing experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment, with direct ownership of a meaningful paid media budget
- Strongly analytica and obsessed with funnel metrics, with a strong point of view on which numbers belong on the dashboard and why
- Hands-on depth across paid social and paid search, with working knowledge of affiliate programs
- Experienced managing agencies and external partners, holding them to targets without micromanaging the execution
- Fluent in acquisition economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, blended versus platform-reported performance, and incrementality
- Proven at setting and running a structured testing roadmap, not just launching campaigns
- Able to translate who the customer is into creative and channel decisions, across a portfolio of brands with very different audiences
- Experienced across multiple markets or regions, which is a strong plus
- Curious about how discovery is shifting toward AI and LLM-driven search, with an appetite to figure out what that means for acquisition
- At your best in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with many stakeholders across brand, e-commerce, and operations
- An owner’s mindset: proactive, accountable to outcomes, and comfortable making the call with imperfect data
