Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable Analysis and journal entries to support month end close process; Reconcile Monthly Revenue to Lock Box and provide approval for funds transfer to Amazon; Reconcile detailed visit and billing transactions to monthly statement, and work with Amazon One team to identify and resolve issues; Partner with IT to develop and maintain (Power BI) KPI dashboard.
Qualification
Required
- Working knowledge of Physician practice/revenue cycle management required.
- Bachelor’s in finance, Healthcare Management, or Accounting Required - Masters Preferred
- Combination of 3-5 years of experience within Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Finance Required
Preferred
- Strong Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookups, macros, etc)
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage time and multiple concurrent projects
