Responsibilities

Own software development and quality end to end for your area
Set technical direction and work with engineers to architect strong, scalable
designs
Hire, develop, and mentor engineers and engineering managers
Drive execution against plans and deliver committed results
Partner with product and program leadership on roadmap and priorities
Report on development, quality, operations, and system performance to senior
leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits
