• We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Product, to support strategic priorities for the
• Consumer Product (CDX) leadership team under Emily Roberts. CDX owns some of the
• most critical platforms at Capital One. Our diverse portfolio spans the Capital
• One mobile app, advanced marketing and personalization engines, AI-driven
• platforms that transform how we build software, and essential enterprise risk
• and supplier capabilities.
• The Senior Manager will join a horizontal product and strategy team that
• supports priorities across CDX. The product and strategy team serves as an
• internal engine for both vision and strategic alignment. We are builders: we act
• as an innovation lab, developing prototypes and partnering closely with product
• and engineering teams to set the product direction for our core platforms and
• customers. We also operate with the rigor of top-tier consulting to solve the
• organization’s hardest strategic questions and define our long-term priorities.
• Lead whitespace product development, with a focus on AI-enabled customer
• experiences
• Partner closely with design and engineering peers to set product vision and
• technical roadmaps
• Stay up-to-date on product trends and technology capabilities
• Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny product questions, leveraging deep
• technical knowledge and external trends
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit, providing trend and product
• deep dives to help the organization see around corners and anticipate
• headwinds and tailwinds
• Obsess about internal and external customer satisfaction by establishing
• trusted, close touch relationships with key stakeholders throughout the
• company
• Contribute to CDX organization’s product capabilities (e.g., by developing
• and delivering trainings)
• Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work
• efficiency, quality, and fun
• In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas

Required

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an
• expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics,
• Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
• Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
• Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• OR
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management

Preferred

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing
• digital products
• The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed
• below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for
• candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to
• the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries
• for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
• to be regularly worked.

• associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered
• to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s

• This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation,
