Courier Health

Responsibilities
- We’re a NYC-based team that believes culture, craft, and customer obsession go
- hand in hand. We show up for each other the same way we show up for the people
- we serve. We’re an office-first company that values in-person collaboration 4
- days per week because we believe the best work happens when you can collaborate
- and brainstorm together in the same room. If that sounds like your kind of
- place, we think you’ll love it here.
- Courier Health is at an inflection point. We exist to get patients faster,
- better access to life-saving therapies, and the product is how that promise
- reaches every program we run. What we build next decides how quickly a patient
- gets on therapy and whether they stay on it. This role owns that.
- As Principal Product Manager, you’ll own strategy and outcomes for a major area
- of the Courier platform, from first customer conversation through launch and
- adoption. You’ll set direction where the answer isn’t obvious, make tradeoffs
- explicit, and raise the bar for how product gets built here.
- Our customers are asking for more than we can build one request at a time. The
- product decisions made in the next year will shape what Courier is for the next
- five. If you want your judgment to show up in the shape of a company, this is
- the seat.
- A product area with a clear point of view. You’ll define what your part of the
- platform is for, who it serves, and what it will never try to be. You’ll turn
- scattered customer requests into a coherent strategy, and turn that strategy
- into products that work across programs, not just the one that asked first.
- A roadmap the company can plan around. You’ll translate company strategy,
- customer needs, technical foundations, and commercial priorities into a clear
- sequence of investments. You’ll separate reusable product needs from one-off
- requests, make the tradeoffs visible, and align Product, Engineering,
- Implementation, and Sales around the decisions.
- Products customers adopt, not just accept. You’ll spend real time with brand
- teams, patient services leaders, hub operations, and the people using Courier
- every day. You’ll define what success looks like before you build, measure it
- after you ship, and keep iterating until the numbers move.
- A product practice that gets sharper as we grow. You’ll set the standard for
- discovery, specs, and how we measure outcomes. You’ll mentor other PMs, partner
- closely with Engineering and Design, and leave the product function stronger
- than you found it.
- 8+ years in product management at a B2B software company, including ownership
- of a major product area or platform for enterprise customers.
- A track record of shipping products that moved measurable outcomes: adoption,
- retention, launch speed, or cost to serve.
- Strong technical judgment across data models, system design, and platform
- architecture. You don’t need to code, but engineers see you as a rigorous
- partner.
- You treat security, privacy, and data quality as design requirements from day
- one, especially when sensitive health data is involved.
- You go to the customer. You’re as comfortable in a working session with an
- operations team as you are presenting a strategy to executives.
- You make sharp product decisions, balancing customer needs, commercial value,
- technical foundations, and long-term platform leverage.
- You lead through influence. You’ve aligned teams that don’t report to you and
- made the PMs around you better.
- You communicate clearly across engineering, design, commercial teams, and
- executives, especially when the tradeoffs are hard.
- Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity. You build context quickly and hold
- yourself accountable to measurable outcomes.
Qualification
Preferred
- You know patient support programs, specialty pharmacy, hub services, or field
- reimbursement workflows firsthand.
- You’ve worked with Salesforce, Veeva, or CRM ecosystems.
- You’ve shipped in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or GxP.
- You’ve built LLM-powered product features.
- You’ve helped define the product function at an early-stage company.
Benefits
- 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and
- vision)
- 401(k) with employer funded match
- Paid parental leave
- Catered lunch on Fridays
- Wellness stipend
- The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $190,000 -
- $240,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
- Courier Health is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
- We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender
- (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual
