Qualification
Preferred
- Experience executing email, push, SMS, or other CRM campaigns.
- Background in consumer marketplaces, ecommerce, ticketing, entertainment, or other high-velocity consumer businesses.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience improving campaign workflows through automation, tooling, or process design.
- Working knowledge of SQL or analytics tools.
- Direct marketing is one of StubHub’s most powerful levers for reaching fans during high-intent moments. Many of the most valuable event opportunities are time-sensitive: playoff advancement, finals matchups, major tours, rivalry games, onsales, inventory changes, and other marquee moments where speed and relevance matter.
- Today, many of these campaigns require significant manual coordination, which limits the number of opportunities the team can act on and creates tradeoffs between campaign volume, speed, and quality. This role will increase the team’s capacity to execute more high-impact campaigns while building the operating foundation needed to scale.
