  • Review every output with a critical eye
  • Correct errors before anything reaches leadership or a client
  • Continually engage in process improvement
  • In addition to day-to-day assignments, the successful candidate will take on projects that advance the vision of the brokerage unit, and the scope of the role will expand as the business grows.
  • The hourly range for this role is $35.00 – $40.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions.
  • Select and vet sale, lease, and on-market comparables for each assignment, and assemble the submarket data that feeds the team’s AI-powered tools. The quality of these inputs determines the quality of the valuation.
  • Direct the underwriting tool through cash flow, cap rate, IRR, owner-user, land residual, and sensitivity analysis, and review each output carefully to confirm that assumptions, calculations, and conclusions are sound.
  • Translate the analysis into a written pricing recommendation for leadership approval and explain and defend the reasoning behind it to senior leadership and clients.
  • Produce listing proposals, Broker Opinions of Value, Offering Memorandums, flyers, and client deliverables using the team’s proprietary technologies, ensuring every page is accurate, on-brand, and client-ready.
  • Prepare weekly Marketing Status Reports and client update emails that clearly communicate campaign activity, buyer interest, and next steps for every active listing.
  • Develop marketing copy for offering memorandums, email campaigns, and listing pages that presents each property’s investment story clearly and persuasively.
  • Build and send email campaigns to the team’s proprietary database, and publish and maintain listings on the team website, LoopNet, and other platforms.
  • Create content for clients and social media on financial analysis, economic and market commentary, submarket intelligence, and case studies drawn from the team’s transactions.
  • Plan and coordinate each listing launch across email, listing platforms, and social media on a defined timeline, so every channel goes live accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage the team’s content calendar and oversee social media rollouts from concept through publication, including graphics and short-form video.
  • Coordinate agents, clients, photographers, and outside vendors, and keep senior leadership informed on the status of every rollout.
  • Guide the team’s AI models with clear direction, context, and examples to produce superior analysis, writing, and design, and recognize when an output falls short and how to correct it.
  • Serve as the quality-control checkpoint for AI-generated work, minimizing errors and ensuring every deliverable meets the team’s standard before it is released.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the analysis, design, and marketing workflows, and help build and refine AI agents and automations that increase the team’s capacity and underwriting depth.
  • Take on new projects and initiatives that advance the vision of the brokerage unit, including work that falls outside the core responsibilities of the role.
  • Manage several projects at once, maintain checklists and deadlines for each, and reprioritize decisively as the business evolves.
