• Hands-on experience selecting and implementing financial/accounting systems
• (ERP, consolidation, reporting tools, or similar).
• Proven experience building, developing, and leading accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Industry experience in RIA (highly preferred) or Wealth Management required.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
