• As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems assessing the business model and its integration with technology
• Your day to day activities will include assessing the current state identifying customer requirements and defining the future state and business solutions
• You will research gather and synthesize information to support decision making
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role
• Expert proficiency in Agile Business Analysis is required
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools Business Process Design Requirements Analysis and Business Model Strategy is suggested
• Develop comprehensive process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions
• Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex analysis tasks
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies within the team
• Evaluate emerging trends and tools to enhance the effectiveness of business process and requirements analysis
• Client requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, WI

• Minimum 4 years of experience Agile Business Analysis
