Responsibilities

  • We are hiring a Product Manager to own the development of CCC’s Agentic product platform. This is a new product line focused on delivering AI agents across our portfolio, with an initial focus on improving the claims experience.
  • This role is ideal for a hands-on product manager who is energized by zero-to-one product building, complex enterprise workflows, and regulated environments. You will build the product from discovery through launch, partnering closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and customers to define how agentic AI can safely and effectively operate in high-stakes claims processes.
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business case for agentic capabilities, taking the work from initial concept through customer validation, launch, and iteration
  • Define what the agents do, including the claims workflows they manage, where people remain in the loop, and how autonomy expands as performance and trust are demonstrated
  • Set product requirements for quality and safety, including evaluations, guardrails, escalation paths, and auditability, in partnership with engineering, legal, compliance, and claims experts
  • Work directly with claims leaders and end users to identify high-value problems, validate product concepts, and translate customer insight into product decisions
  • Own the product story, value proposition, and proof points, partnering with sales, customer success, and product marketing to bring the product to market
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to prototype, build, test, and ship working agentic experiences, using AI tools to accelerate learning and delivery
  • Define success measures, adoption hypotheses, and decision criteria for each product investment, and make clear recommendations about when to iterate, scale, or stop

Qualification

TechnologyManagement & LeadershipSoftwareFinance & AccountingData & Analytics
  • 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience owning a product or significant product area from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Experience working in or learning a complex, regulated industry
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products; experience with LLM-based or agentic systems strongly preferred
  • Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate product direction and communicate value
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, priorities, measurable outcomes, and clear decisions
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action, learning, and accountable ownership
  • You are a product manager who has owned meaningful work from concept through launch, ideally in an environment where speed, curiosity, and resourcefulness were important. You connect customer problems to business value and can carry that framing through discovery, delivery, and iteration.
  • You can learn complex, regulated workflows quickly. Experience in fintech, healthtech, legaltech, HCM, insurtech, or a similar industry is valuable, but what matters most is your ability to distinguish essential requirements from legacy process and turn domain knowledge into strong product decisions.
  • You have commercial instinct and are comfortable creating demand for something new. You can participate in customer pitches, build a practical value story, listen for real buying signals, and translate market feedback into product priorities.
  • You are technically fluent and enjoy building. You can work closely with engineers, use AI coding or prototyping tools, understand technical tradeoffs, and assess whether a product experience is effective—not merely functional.
  • You have shipped a product where AI was central to the value proposition. You can explain when an agentic approach is appropriate, when a deterministic workflow is better, and how reliability, autonomy, and human oversight should be designed.
  • You create momentum across teams. You communicate clearly, build trust, and bring engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer-facing partners together around the work you own.
  • At CCC, together everyone can thrive as we innovate and collaborate, creating employee experiences that just work. We are committed to providing opportunities for our people to make real-life impacts, advance in their careers, and contribute to CCC’s success.
  • CCC offers competitive compensation and benefits to support you and your families, including
  • Paid time off
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Adoption Assistance
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Wellness Programs
  • Stock Purchase Plan options
  • For more information about our benefits, please check out our careers site.
