The Lead Data Scientist will design and develop AI-enabled analytics solutions, specifically focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve business decision-making. They will lead the creation of AI knowledge architectures and partner with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI capabilities.

You will act as a strategic partner to product leads to shape the roadmap and data science agenda for Core Apps. Additionally, you will manage and develop a team of product data scientists while establishing foundational data practices and measurement frameworks.

You will build and deploy machine learning models to optimize lead generation, carrier matching, and automated marketplace bidding. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of these models, from data acquisition and validation to production monitoring and performance tuning.
