The Senior Financial Analyst will own enterprise-level forecasting for revenue and commissions while driving strategic financial performance reviews. They will lead financial modeling for growth initiatives and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and operational teams.

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the development of complex financial models to support enterprise valuation, impairment testing, and long-term financial planning for Avangrid Power. They will also provide ad hoc economic analysis and decision-support modeling to senior leadership and various business partners.

Own revenue and commission forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting, and financial outlook processes, while analyzing performance, variances, trends, and business KPIs across the enterprise and its lines of business. Develop strategic financial models and executive reports, improve FP&A tools and processes, advise business leaders on performance and resource allocation, and mentor junior team members.

The role involves preparing financial planning and forecasting processes, maintaining complex financial models, and supervising Tax Equity Investment accounting issues. The analyst will also provide strategic financial analysis to support senior leadership and evaluate new investment opportunities.

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis, and management presentations, including identifying risks and recommending corrective actions. Partner with functional leaders on strategic and operational plans, KPIs, financial modeling, project spend, R&D expense forecasts, and reporting improvements.

The FP&A Analyst will partner with leadership to provide data-driven insights for strategic, financial, and operational decision-making. Responsibilities include building financial models, analyzing monthly and quarterly financial results, and supporting annual operating and long-range planning processes.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to develop innovative financial planning tools for estate and tax planning. Execute product strategy while leveraging financial insights to create impactful digital experiences for customers.

The Senior Financial Analyst will drive annual planning and monthly forecasting processes while acting as a business partner for Hardware and Software organizations. Responsibilities include managing OPEX budgets, supporting accounting close procedures, and leading process improvements through data-driven insights and AI adoption.
