Responsibilities

  • high-quality service delivery and identify areas for improvement. Build
  • automation to reduce toil and improve system resilience, minimizing downtime and
  • increasing overall system efficiency. Lead incident response efforts,
  • coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and
  • effectively. Conduct blameless post-mortems to analyze incident root causes and
  • implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with
  • engineering teams to design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems that
  • meet business requirements. Develop and maintain monitoring and logging tools to
  • ensure proactive detection and response to potential issues. Work closely with
  • stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with
  • company goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging
  • technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in SRE
  • practices.
