Responsibilities

  • Lead the greenfield development of enterprise solutions and related consumer app updates.
  • Partner with the company's leadership to shape the near-term and longer-term product roadmap.
  • Build, debug, and evaluate AI agents, including prompt design and evaluation harnesses.
  • Help establish secure, enterprise-ready systems that meet HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements.
  • Mentor engineers, assign work, review code, and contribute to growing the team.

Qualification

  • Six to ten years of full stack engineering experience, with a record of shipping user-facing products from zero to one at an early-stage or high-growth company.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, including Firebase or Firestore.
  • Production experience building LLM-powered products, including agent orchestration, prompt and context design, tool use, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.
  • Experience as a founding engineer, technical lead, staff engineer, or mentor to other engineers.
  • Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is valuable, as is familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, Figma, and front-end design engineering.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and sound judgment in building products for patients and families.
