- You’ll develop integrated marketing campaigns, content and sales enablement that build awareness and trust in Wayve’s technology and support pipeline growth. You’ll also monitor the competitive landscape and work closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure our positioning reflects both the capabilities of our products and the needs of the automotive market.
- This is a role for a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can connect technical innovation with customer needs and help elevate Wayve’s market presence as the automotive industry moves toward increasingly advanced driving automation.
- Developing and implementing a global product marketing strategy that positions Wayve as a leading developer of Automotive AI and our Embodied AI software as a key enabler for OEMs transitioning to advanced assisted and automated driving.
- Crafting differentiated product narratives that demonstrate how Wayve’s technology enables L2+, L3 and L4 automation through Embodied AI.
- Defining clear value propositions across Wayve’s product portfolio, highlighting unique selling points that drive adoption and engagement across the automotive sector.
- Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitive product offerings, particularly across ADAS and Automated Driving technologies, to inform positioning and marketing strategy.
- Creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that communicate Wayve’s product vision and technological leadership to automakers and establish a competitive position in the market.
- Developing content and promotional materials that build trust in AI-driven driving automation and generate consumer interest.
- Managing and tracking product-related marketing activities across website content, digital campaigns, product blogs, thought leadership, partner co-marketing and industry events.
- Developing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and product awareness, generate leads and support market expansion.
- Collaborating with Automotive and Technical Business Development teams to create sales enablement materials, including presentations, competitive analyses, demos and targeted campaigns that support customer engagements.
- Working closely with Engineering, Product Management and Business Development to translate complex technical details about Wayve’s Embodied AI products into compelling, customer-friendly messaging.
- Developing internal training and product-knowledge resources so teams across Wayve understand our products’ value propositions and how they address critical industry challenges.
- You have proven expertise in strategic positioning, value proposition development and product marketing within the automotive industry.
- You have strong knowledge of the full B2B marketing mix and understand its role in driving pipeline growth within complex, technical sales cycles.
- You bring exceptional collaboration, communication and project-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- You can effectively prioritize and manage multiple workstreams while working cross-functionally with technical engineering teams and senior leadership.
- You’re resilient and optimistic when faced with challenges, viewing setbacks as opportunities for growth while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
- You have outstanding writing, editing and content-development skills and can translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
- Direct experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or with automotive software and AI applications is a plus.
- A technical background is an asset.
- Not ticking every box? That’s totally okay! If you’re passionate about autonomy and keen to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement.
- Wayve is building the leading AI platform for autonomous driving. We are pioneering an end to end AI approach that enables vehicles to learn directly from real world experience, developing the ability to adapt, generalise and improve at scale. Instead of relying on hand coded rules or pre mapped environments, our AI Driver learns to drive by understanding the world around it. The result is technology that navigates complex urban environments with intelligence, precision and natural flow, unlocking meaningful advances in both safety and efficiency. We believe autonomy represents a once in a generation transformation in how people and goods move, comparable to the shift from horses to cars, and from human driven vehicles to intelligent machines.
- Our ambition is to make autonomy universal. Wayve’s mapless and hardware agnostic AI platform integrates with global OEM partners, enabling continuous software evolution and unlocking advanced levels of automation from L2 plus through to L4 as our core AI model scales. In a race increasingly defined by intelligence and real world learning, Wayve is taking a distinct approach, building a generalisable driving intelligence that can power any vehicle, anywhere. By combining embodied AI with scalable deployment, we are creating technology that can be shaped to each OEM brand and driver experience, accelerating the transition to a safer, more intelligent future of mobility.
- Our main hubs are in London, Sunnyvale, Yokohama, Herzliya, Vancouver and Leonberg. We operate a hybrid working model that combines in-person collaboration in our dedicated office spaces and workshops with focused time working remotely. We also operate core working hours, allowing you to determine the schedule that works best for you and your team.
