• Support the company’s treasury risk and governance framework, including
• covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations,
• treasury policies, and related controls
• Maintain covenant models, compliance calendars, certificate support files,
• and bank reporting packages
• Support quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting, including debt,
• liquidity, and hedge-related disclosures
• Support hedge program reporting, including mark-to-market, counterparty
• exposure, and hedge documentation
• Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, and
• remediation tracking
• Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury
• reporting
• Reporting is accurate, timely, and audit-ready
• Treasury calendars and obligations are well-managed

• 5-10 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a
• closely related field.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Comfortable working with documentation-heavy processes.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.

• The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation
• may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education,
• and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus,
