Responsibilities

  • We're looking for a Head of Growth to own performance media, website conversion, and CRM/lifecycle for Oxford Healthspan. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, not just channels: you understand how creative, acquisition, website, and retention fit together, and you know how to turn that into one connected growth engine rather than a set of disconnected campaigns. This is a true builder role: you'll set up, run, and optimise the systems that drive acquisition and retention day to day, working closely with a lean team. As the business grows, this role has room to grow with it, whether that means specialising deeper into one channel, or evolving into a small growth pod that you help build and lead.
  • Experience in the US market is required.
  • Build and prioritise a testing roadmap across paid, creative, and CRO, and establish a consistent experimentation cadence so wins and losses compound over time.
  • Own core unit economics, including CAC, LTV, MER, and contribution margin, and use them to guide where we invest.
  • Test and validate new channels and formats before scaling investment.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and wider team so creative, content, and retention decisions stay aligned with acquisition performance, rather than operating in silos.
  • Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google, with room to expand into other emerging channels as the channel matures.
  • Structure campaigns, testing plans, and creative iterations, and continually improve landing page fit.
  • Manage budgets and drive CAC/ROAS efficiency, building out attribution and incrementality measurement as the function matures.
  • Improve conversion across key customer journeys: landing, signup, purchase, and subscription.
  • Run structured A/B tests and iterate on page speed, UX, and form flows, partnering with design or dev support where needed.
  • Own the email, SMS, and push lifecycle: onboarding, abandoned cart, win-back, and upsell.
  • Build segmentation, personalisation, and automation, and improve deliverability over time.
  • Define and improve core retention metrics, including activation, retention, and LTV.
