Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing and stream-lining business application systems in
- support of organizational objectives through collaboration and counsel with
- business partners, executives, and IT leaders focused on SaaS platforms
- whenever possible to deliver a high level of stability, compliance, security,
- flexibility and value to match the needs of the company
- Responsible for translating business requirements into well-designed and
- integrated technology solutions, while improving user adoption and
- satisfaction
- Recommend enhancements to applications in anticipation of business needs by
- partnering with Project Managers- Business Analysts and business partners to
- formulate and define scope or required business case analysis for new capital
- or operational expenses
- Proactively drive continuous team adoption of approved methodologies and
- tools in support of high-quality outcomes, regulatory requirements, reduced
- costs, increased efficiencies, and improved system performance
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues; collaborate with
- partners, vendors and team members to resolve issues if necessary
Qualification
Required
- scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Go, PowerShell)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative,
- relationship-building mindset
- Proven ability to gather requirements using interviews, workshops,
- observation, and document analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to data
- confidentiality
- Strong presentation skills, effectively communicating at all levels of the
- organization
- Administration and integration experience with AWS, Confluence, GitLab,
- Google Enterprise, Jira, macOS, Linux, Okta, Slack, and Terraform
Preferred
- developing IT policies and procedures, Experience with Identity and Access
- Management (IAM) architecture and administration, Business systems analyst
- certifications (e.g., Atlassian, Google Workspace, O365), Experience leading
- or supporting large-scale, IT-centric projects

- function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage
- growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors as well
- as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the identified range.
