Responsibilities
- Analyse and present financial performance, KPIs and key trends, providing actionable insight and recommendations
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, business planning and commercial decisions
- Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insight and constructive challenge
- Support business performance reviews and provide high quality management information
- Develop and enhance KPI frameworks, dashboards and balanced scorecards
- Contribute to reporting automation and process improvements, including the use of OneStream and Power BI
- Ensure financial models and reporting are accurate, reliable and delivered on time
Qualification
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- 6-8 years’ post qualified experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and KPI development
- Advanced Excel skills: Power BI and OneStream experience is desirable
- Strong commercial awareness and business partnering skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive with good attention to detail, with strong integrity and accountability
