Company

About Rewards Network Rewards Network® is a Chicago-based fintech company founded in 1984 that helps restaurants thrive through data-driven marketing, loyalty programs, and flexible funding solutions. For over 40 years, Rewards Network has worked with restaurants nationwide to help drive measurable revenue and long-term customer loyalty. Rewards Network connects more than 20,000 restaurants to a network of 25 million dining members through partnerships with leading loyalty brands across travel, fintech, and consumer platforms. These include major programs that diners already use, allowing Rewards Network to position restaurants directly within customers’ everyday spending habits. At the core of Rewards Network is its pay-for-performance model, which ensures restaurants only pay when diners spend. This approach eliminates wasted marketing spend and ties every dollar directly to real customer visits and revenue generation. Rewards Network also equips restaurant operators with advanced analytics, actionable insights, and detailed reporting tools. These tools allow restaurants to better understand customer behavior, track repeat visits, evaluate performance, and make smarter operational and marketing decisions. In addition, Rewards Network provides flexible funding solutions tied to future revenue, enabling restaurants to access capital without traditional loan structures. This helps operators manage cash flow, invest in growth, and adapt to seasonal business needs. With over 400 employees, Rewards Network continues to innovate while staying true to its mission: when local restaurants thrive, communities thrive. Rewards Network has earned industry recognition, including being named one of Chicago’s Best Places to Work in 2026.
