Responsibilities
- Steward the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analyzing performance to continually improve profitability and ROAS.
- Partner with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth.
- Leverage AI tools and agents (e.g. Claude-based workflows, Google Ads Scripts automation) for campaign monitoring, reporting, and anomaly detection to work more efficiently and surface insights faster.

Qualification
Required
- 2-4 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with budget management, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred
- Experience with display or video advertising as a supplementary skill.
- Experience with marketplace management
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Comfort working with AI tools and agents (e.g. Claude, automation scripts) to accelerate reporting and analysis — a definite plus, though not required.
Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from £50,000 - 65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
