Performance Marketing Manager
What’s this role about? Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and other relevant channels, optimizing performance through data analysis and A/B testing. Guide creative production with performance insights, ensure accurate tracking and reporting, contribute to campaign automation, and coordinate consistent consumer communications with the broader marketing team.

Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment, with a focus on paid social media.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, particularly the Tiktok and Meta ecosystems, with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns.
- An excellent understanding of digital data analytics.
