Build durable models and templates that can be reused across the field finance function.
- Annual Budget & Forecast — Build restaurant-level annual budgets and rolling forecasts for sales and labor for new regions and the assigned market in coordination with FP&A, and provide labor model–based assumptions for all restaurants. Develop bottom-up assumptions on traffic, check, hourly wages, and controllable costs; partner with Operations on commitments and risk / opportunity calls.
- Period Close Support — Controllable Expense Commentary — Partner with FP&A to provide operational color on controllable expense variances for new regions and the assigned market.
