Required

• Expertise in Python programming and experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in navigating project ambiguities and iterative testing processes to refine AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively documenting and presenting technical details to nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Solid understanding of how to align technical outputs with business requirements.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and experience with advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
• Previous experience in professional services or a similar industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

• The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
