Responsibilities
- Conduct sophisticated quantitative analysis to explain business drivers,
- revenue trends, and risks. Translate complex data into clear narratives used
- for decision-making at the VP and Director level, collaborating with other
- finance analysts.
- Take ownership of the market's data infrastructure. Utilize SQL and existing
- sales tools (e.g. connect sales) to build and maintain data pipelines and
- dashboards, ensuring the business has access to accurate, scalable insights.
- Drive efficiency and accuracy in critical finance processes including weekly
- trading reviews, annual planning, quota setting, and Operational Expenditure
- (OpEx) management.
- Identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated solutions (using SQL,
- Python, or AI tools) to improve the speed, depth and quality of our
- reporting, contributing to our goal of shaping an AI-first future for GBO
- finance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another
- quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting,
- or a related function.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting,
- forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company
- setting.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
