• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years in information security, with significant experience in security architecture and team leadership.
• Demonstrated success in reducing risk and technical debt while accelerating delivery.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and present new technologies and solutions.
• Experience managing, leading, and mentoring large teams of senior architects and engineers.
• Dedication to building high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in multiple cybersecurity domains, including but not limited to
• Enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and reference architecture
• Digital and Retail Technologies (Mobile App, POS, Kiosk, etc.)
• Core and Restaurant Infrastructure (Cloud, Network, Endpoint, Edge Computing, IoT/OT, etc.)
• Security Services (Identity and access management, vulnerability and patch management, EDR, SIEM, etc.)
• Enterprise Systems (ERP, HRM, SCM, IAM, data security, third-party risk, etc.)
• AI & Data Analytics (AI/ML security, data privacy, model integrity, governance, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and ability to translate them into enforceable standards and outcomes.
• Outstanding communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Sprints, JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to drive process improvements, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced, global organization.

• The expected salary range for this role is $195,371.00 - $244,214.00 per year
