Responsibilities
- Build and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels, with a strong focus on web funnels
- Own campaign-level unit economics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and cohort payback
- Build sustainable acquisition infrastructure in a high-risk vertical, including agency accounts, account diversification, and post-ban recovery
- Lead and grow a team of media buyers and creatives, including hiring, processes, KPIs, and performance management
- Work closely with Product to improve funnel conversion, pricing, and retention
- Own creative strategy, including hypothesis testing, iteration speed, and creative performance analytics
- Build scalable marketing processes and infrastructure from the ground up
Qualification
Preferred
- Experience in adult, dating, AI companion, wellness, or entertainment verticals
- Experience with Stripe and alternative payment gateways
- Experience with GA4, GTM, server-side conversion tracking, and attribution
