Analytics Engineer

• ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS. AS A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• LEADING THE DEVELOPMENT OF DATA ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS, COLLABORATING WITH
• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL STAKEHOLDERS, AND DRIVING BUSINESS GROWTH THROUGH DATA-DRIVEN
• DECISION MAKING.
• Requirements: 3+ years of experience with dbt, SQL, and BI tools like Looker or
• Tableau. Strong data modeling skills and understanding of dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with Git and version-controlled analytics.
• Responsibilities: Build and maintain dbt models and data marts to ensure data
• accuracy and relevance, and to facilitate data-driven decision making. Define
• metrics layer and KPI definitions to align with business objectives and track
• progress towards key goals.Work with stakeholders to translate business
• questions into scalable data solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and
• driving business growth through data-driven insights.Lead the development of
• data analytics solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify
• opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven
• recommendations.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies,
• applying this knowledge to enhance data analytics capabilities and drive
• business growth.Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, and
• to drive strategic initiatives that align with company objectives.Develop and
• maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, communicating complex data
• insights in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with data scientists and
• engineers to integrate machine learning models into data analytics solutions,
• and to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.Design and
• implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy,
• security, and compliance.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging
